So this is Christmas by John Lennon.
It reminds me to enjoy Christmas as there are so many people throughout the world that cannot. It reminds me that even though it's Christmas there are soldiers out there thinking of home (no matter what side their on)
It makes me extremely grateful and I never take Christmas for granted.

Silent Night. My dad used to sing it in German. He passed away just after Thanksgiving one year and during Christmas services at church (just wks afterwards) we started singing it and I just tossed the book at my husband and about ran through the guy sitting next to me. I went to the restroom and cried and cried. To this day, I still tear up when I hear it, but now it is happy memories - remembering him singing while decorating the tree.

hi Riki, I consider you on the TSO's Christmas Eve: Sarajevo, besides as Mad Russian's Christmas as observed via Angel of song (marvelous p.c..). For jazz-flavored (or flavoured, in case you want), I might desire to flow with the Charlie Brown Christmas CD via Vince Guaraldi Trio. The music 'Christmas Blues' via the Holly Cole Trio is likewise super. My different Christmas necessities are all from the Classical form (digital mail me in case you like my suitable strategies of those...) happy holiday journeys to all. P.S. Riki, i would be busy with different issues this coming weekend, yet i would be with you in spirit on your Peace Weekend.

Carol of the Bells. And ironically, it reminds me of attending midnight mass when I was a child.
