there are no websites that would allow you to legally download full albums, so you will need to illegally download using p2ps. http://www.limewire.com
careful using limewire, keep a antispy handy if you run into malware.
if you would like to download songs legally, go to
http://music.download.com
http://www.amazon.com (go to music downloads)

ok first off screw limewire.
use bit torrent!
bit torrent is made of two parts.
the accual program that downloads your stuff is (i like nanotortent or utorrent) go to utorrent.com and download that guy.
part 2 is the stuff you want.
go to torrentspy.com or isohunt.com and serch for something like system of a down. then you will find Complete discography's of system of a down to albums or individual songs in which case for individual songs use lime wire...once you find what you want on torrentspy.com click download then select open becuase its a waste of space to keep a file your only going to use once. the first time you download a torrent file a window should pop up and select a program to run that file (utorrent should be installed by now), select utorrent from the list and from there utorrent will run and ask for a place to put the file your downloading. the way that it works is that other people will "seed" and if you click on the peers button you can see everyone who is also trying to download that file.
Now the Nice thing to do is first hopefully you have a broadband connection to speed up everyone else thats downloading stuff and your sposed to seed when you downloaded your stuff. the unwritten rule is to upload the file 4 times. which there is a section on that torrent where you can see how much has been uploaded. have fun
