Most guys will tease each other, until they realize, that there friend is actually going out with her, then they tend to lay off because they realize that there now going to start offending a friend,

the only guys i knew that wouldn't date a girl "we-all" liked, where total losers who didn't have any self esteem any how

It could go either way really but it depends on the guy/gal and his/her mates.
Let's put it this way: If that person is dumb enough to listen to their mates instead of getting to know what the other person is like on the inside, then that person needs to be shot at dawn. But if they are clever enough to think with their own heads (the ones on their shoulders) then the relationship with work out fine.
Some guys are really weak and listen to what their friends say and others are strong enough to cut the rest of the world out and get to know the person that they are involved with a little better.

Yes, peergroup or friends' influence is awesome is in the choice of a partner. Who wants to lose his/her great friends just for a gal/guy? However, some friends could be unreasonable in the standards they set or faults they find. In such a situation, follow your heart. Afterall, it is your life and relationship, not theirs.

I make my own decisions about a woman I like or don't like. Heck, I don't even really listen too much to a family member unless they are supportive but not discriminative. Same goes with friends, male and female. I am my own man and make my own choice about whether or not I am going to be serious about someone or not. These guy's who are "influenced" are a bunch of pansies and don't really need a girlfriend. For them to mess with a woman's head is good enough for him and getting sex out of it is something that could be a hook to keep him reeled in for awhile.
