I know that i'm going to get fired, i dont want that on my resume, so if i quit then it counts a quit correct?

Let them fire you -- if you've been there for more than 3 months, they'll have to pay you termination pay in lieu of notice. You also are not eligible for Employemnt Insurance benefits if you quit.

Some one may ask why you left your last job, but quiting does look better on resume and you just say you were looking for other opportunites. Only up to getting fired is here at least you get unemployment if you don't quit voluntarily.

no different. how long have u worked in that company? is there any compensation? if yes, then wait till they fired you. Othewise, ask yourself, why u are going to get fired? do u really like that job? if you don't like it, then just quit and look for another job.

Resume? there are maybe ways to explain it! the most important point is you didn't do anything wrong which get you fired then need not worry about it.

While quitting looks better than getting fired, you will not receive any EI benefits. You won't receive any if you get fired either.
