Pick any website hosting service. Read the TOS, if they allow you to put in your own ads and the rest is agreeable to you, you're set.

I know people who use Angelfire (http://www.angelfire.com) with the ad suppressing code:
<pre style="display: none"><!-- <body> --> </pre>
You put this code before the tag in your HTML (using the advanced editor)
