Unfortunately there is practically nothing in Worcester -- very surprising because Worcester
has 4 universities and is the 2nd largest city in Massachusetts. The city has just announced its 3rd attempt of the last 20 years at urban renewal for the dead downtown - the 2 previous tries both flopped.
Several of the motel chains have units near I-90 interchanges to the south of Worcester and many more expensive hotel chains have places once you get into the MA high-tech concentrations that begin about 15 miles to the
east (Westborough, Marlboro, etc).
