I am police officer and we are haveing a small office party on one of my off nights, and I can't decide what to wear. My fellow officer's have nicknamed me "Valkirie" or even more irritateing "Avengeing Angle" hehe, and I was wondering do you think it would be funny to dress up as one of those, or should I try something else. It needs to be easy to take on and off in case I am needed for whatever reason, to "mount up" and go help .

I think you should go as "Valkirie" or "Avengeing Angle" ... that would be really funny I think if they call you that as a nickname. I also think Wonder Woman would be funny here (but maybe to sexy and revealing). A cowboy would be good or hey, How about this ... The Sherrif (old time western Sherrif). Of course my vote would actually be for sexy Sherrif with a short skirt and boots :-). Or how about a cadet nerd (they have those right? like a computer nerd? ... I'm an engineer and a friend of mine came as a nerd for work - it was very funny). Or, I really like this one, you could go as Selene from Underworld (Kate Beckinsale). There would be a great costume (she'd kick Valkirie's butt).
Me, I'm going as a cheerleader this year. I may not leave my cube much - hehe. This is my costume:

Go as avengeing angel! Wear brown top, shorts and sandals with wings behind. Carry a sword or something. It's easy to slip in and out of.
