Try TrojanHunter [it's highly recommended]: http://www.misec.net
They give you a free, full-featured 30-day trial.
Before scanning: Turn off System Restore [it can archive the trojan files] and restart into Safe Mode to scan with TrojanHunter.

Once you've scanned and removed the trojans: turn System restore back on and create a manual restore point.

you must have a anti-virus to know that you have a Trojan
so there must be a way to delete it or remove it. from your computer ,,,, but this is hard for me to tell you how when i am not sure which one you have . so you will have to have a look yourself. But most anti-virus will delete then or remove then for you and just tell that they have done just that,
