Who is it FOR? People who want help.
Who actually uses it? Some of both, but sadly many students who are not in the mood to do the work ask their questions here so that others will do their work.

Unfortunately both. I try to find the ones that are actually looking for help and then I try to make fun of the ones that actually expect people to do their homework for them.

If the net is there to do the work for us, then using it during homework is good 'practice' for the future, when we get to use it for the professional life..
Help is a subjective term..

it's for people who want their homework to be done by others, even if it's soooooooo simple

It is for lazy kids who think the internet has allll the answers and it's a generation accustomed to having everything done for them instead of taking initiative to do it for themselves...

do you really think you have to ask? if they were trying to their work themselves they would search for themselves and not wait for an answer to come to them.
