Not sure if you mean a general Manager who can go from team to team, task to task, or a General Manager who manages the entire company, from Sales to Operations to Support to IT, etc.

Also, you didn't specify your location and your qualifications. Pay differ vastly by location and experience.

Here in Northern California, an utility (general) manager can expect $75-100K for a SMB like yours. A General Manager would require a compensation package that includes stock options, performance bonuses, and "parachutes" that specify your compensation if the company changes directions (e.g. gets bought out, thus changing your job description). You should also require an Admin dedicated to you as well as travel and misc spending budgets. Weigh all the compensation against how much control / authority you have over things. Being a GM means that you are responsible for a lot of things, so be sure you have control over how those things happen.
