You could just be either really panicky or really pleased at the thought of being pregnant and the mind can play tricks however you can get a false negative on a pregnancy test there is a blood test used in early pregnancy units called an hcg which is more accurate.
Good luck hope you get whatever outcome you want

Did you have a period after you went off the pill? If not, then it's possible you may have gotten pregnant while on the pill. I would then have your OB do a blood test.
If you did have a period, that would be day 1 of your cycle. Most women don't ovulate until anywhere from day 12 to day 16 of their cycle. So if Saturday was day 7 of your cycle, then you probably didn't even ovulate yet. You may be ovulating now, which can sometimes cause nausea and headaches. If you are ttc, this is the time to have sex. I suggest having sex every other day for the next few days. Many women get pregnant the first month off the pill because they are more likely to ovulate that month.
Good luck.

When i've got pregnant both times i've known before being late on my period. My friend told me that if you are pregnant (before you know you are) and you have sex and there is some bleeding, just a small bit of spotting after you've finished, then that means you are pregnant. I didn't believe her until it happened to me, the first time i went to the loo after sex and wiped myself and there was some blood on the tissue, 2 weeks later did test and it was positive. This time round i did the same and before doing a test i just told partner after coming from the loo that we would have another baby before christmas and i was right! The test proved it 3 weeks later! Both times have only been a week or two after i finished my period. I think it's when the egg implants itself in the womb.

If you really want a baby, then your mind can play tricks on you; this happened to me and I was convinced I was pregnant; tests proved I wasn't. You won't get an accurate test result for at least 3 weeks after sex, and even that is pushing it. The symptoms don't tend to start til you're about 5 weeks gone.

If an egg was fertilized, implantation (when the embryo implants to the lining of your uterus) happens, on average, about 7 days past ovulation. It can happen as early as five days past ovulation or as late as twelve days past ovulation.
Early signs of Pregnancy:
Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom
These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.
Good Luck!

Sounds to early, you don't ovulate that soon after your period, i believe its day 14 of a 28 day cycle, some women take several months after stoping bcp to conceive! Not to say its impossible! but monitor your cycle now your off the pill and you will be able to know when u should ovulate to get pregnant, if you are trying to conceive! good luck

No, & a preg test does not work that quick. You may need to be off the pill a month before you can concieve also (not all women) test no earlier than 5 days prior to period due

Symptoms of pregnancy occur after 2weeks of ovulation..yes it is too early,do the test after ur due date...don't think too much about the pregnancy...start taking multivitamins or Folic Acid daily....the best vitamins for conception is "Pregnacare",belive me it really work...only i
have taken 23 tablets and on 24th day i took a test and it was positive...still i'm using it...eat healthy diet including fresh orange or fresh
orange juice daily...dont take any stress...
