my dear friend wikey,
you have asked a very good question. actually, indian stars are thinking that they aer the best under the captaincy of rahul and coaching of chapell but the fact is that india is about to loose this tournament. in my openion ganguly is the best ever captain of india. he never tried to satisfy his own records but to work for victory of india. i think when india will be deafeted badely by bangladesh at coming worldcup, then our players will realise their fault and they will play for the nation.

I think the stars of India will deliver for the country only when a situation comes that their match fee is at stage unless they
perform. Presently players are assured of match fee according to graded system and as such they know that they will get their money whether he performs or not. If the match fee is decided based on the performance irrespective of the status of the player, you can expect lot of change in the commitment and attitude of the players and also their performance.

Indivdial records are more important for them.If the player makes a century than BCCI will give him double the amount for that match. if the player is fielding very good than he will got 25% extra fees .If he takes 2 wickets, than he will got 25% extra fees.If he takes 3 or 4 wickets, than 50%. If he takes 5 or more than 5 wickets than 75 % extra match fees. If he had continuous bad performance than 30 % are deducted from his fees.
If this rules are applied India will surely won the matches

this is not true that there personal record is more valueable for them because they have deliverd wht they can in the past and it is the time for our young stars to come up and occupy there spaces as there is an deinet end to everything just like the light befor sunset
