If you are dragging yourself to work, it is time to quit.

Alternatively if you prefer to stay for another 3-4 months, I will suggest that you put your focus on WHAT YOU WANT rather than what you do not like.

Am sure there are still some things about what you want related to your current job. Eg, you are practising so you can do better at the other new job waiting for you.. you can network using these few months to get ready for whatever is waiting for you 3-4mths down the road.. the possibilities are endless!

Good luck!

Firstly, you need to identify what cause your displeasure in going to work everyday? If you are unhappy with the job scope, colleagues or office culture, then it's best you find another job. However, you should not jump from the frying pan into the fire.

We all have options, it's a matter of seeing them and having the courage to make a change. Every journey begins with the first step...

Good luck.

Start small, if you're in a very specific industry then speak to the agency/union that cover you and ask them for details of other jobs that you might do.

Speak to your manager about training or career prospects within your own company, and make sure that you have exhausted all options there before leaving.

it's your call.you can opt to still do good and retain a pristine record and exit gracefully when another opportunity comes your way.

but it won't hurt you any if you'll be looking for another job that will help you achieve self-actualization.
