for example in overs of power play ,why players are not playing their natural game?

Because they know that they will get their money according to the graded system irrespective of they perform well or not or whether India win of loose.

Not use of definite principle and REGIONALISM

1) President-- Never played cricket, May or May not politician. Chossen his supporter for teh play.

2) Chairman- Never played cricket.....

3) Selector - ?

4) Manager- ?

5) Advisor- Might have played, but was selected due to FAULT NO (1) or played for himself / his record. And never for the benefit of INDIA.

6) COACH - ???

7) VICE COACH - ??

8) CAPTAIN - ???

9) VICE CAPTAIN

10) PLAYER - select if support me, help in match fixing?.....

WHAT TO DO?

1) Pl. remove all these barrier to GOOD PERFORMANCE, if these are existing.

2) Make a criteria for each of the above POST based on their SKILL as REQUIRE FOR WINNING INDIAN CRICKET TEAM"

3) USE ONLY CRITERIA FOR SELECTION, ELECTION IN R=EACH OF ABOVE POST,

due to continueous experimentation with the composition of the team and with the batting order no one is sure about his role- whether he is expected to play anchor or pinch hitter or his natural self etc. thus everyone is in a confused state.

they are in a shell and while batting and while spinners are bowling only they play attacking mode... Rahul Dravid is also more into defence.. some one like Ponting OR Lara or even Mahela is better than Dravid in attacking captaincy
