Why are people afraid to ask questions? Why is it when a controversial question is asked, peoples first reaction is to lash out? Why do people feel that asking controversial questions is a sign of you being a bad person? What is so bad about thinking?

To Redeemedhart: You bring up an interesting point. And I commend you for that. Now here is a question :D, Why do people ask other people questions when they know how they react? Does it make the person asking questions sick because they know that the person being asked is going to react in an unpleasant way? This is fun :D

Good Question. I think people tend to lash out because of fear of the unknown. It's like if they make you out to be the bad person so they don't have to be responsible for their own thoughts or questions about the same thing you asked about.
Also our past experiences can make somethings hard to talk about too.

To be honest, I don't think half of the "questions", especially on the religion and spirituality part, are really questions at all, but a view point and springboard to insult and mock. They only choose the answer that says the same message as their so called question. They are not really seeking an answer, but are stirring up strife.
I have seen it many times, especially regarding Christians, when the answer is resolved, the askers comment would be something like " I just wanted to see those Christians squirm" or " I just wanted to get them riled".....stuff like that. So, it is hard not to take offense sometimes when the questions are meant to be an offense, and the answers not taken into consideration.

O, yes your right here!
A while ago I asked a simple question of how the immigration of black immigrants effect the people on the isle Tenerife, the question got taken away and there was nothing racistic about it!
Then also a while ago I asked info about a film " The rebels of Liang shang po" and that question was also banned.
So how can people find solutions when questions are banned?
Everyone should better think first before they make conclusions.

I ask questions all the time. Sometimes that's the only way I can learn.

Because their questions get taken off. I asked "Do you think Tom Cruise is gay?" They took off my question and took ten points away from me.
