why indian cricket team are not playing attacking game?

for example in overs of power play ,why players are not playing their natural game?

Indian team would play attacking game soon after the experiments of Greg Chappel. Indian team is a damp squib under Greg. I have lost all hope of the revival.

To play attacking game, your strategies must be working. Unfortuantely for India, this is not the case. We are sedning Sehwag at the top so that he can play his natural game. But he is miserably failing nowdays. So when the batting line is not in form, the batsman try to save their wickets rather than making runs. And this is defensive game.

Because they know that their money fixed as per the graded system is guaranteed irrespective of whether they perform or not or whether India win or Loose. The only way to remove this complacency from the mind of the players is to scrap the present graded system and decide the match fee based on the performance of each player irrespective of his status

the team is low in confidence (for whatever reasons), openers are not being able to provide a good start, Pathan has not been clicking at one-down position, and the pitches are not quite easy to play attacking shots ...

none of our players are in form and so none of them have the confidence to do so.but after the last match we an see our team recovering from the out of form situation.we can also expect a win against the aussies

Where they have got the time to attack. When they are being attacked, they have to defend themselves. They are roaring lions on dead flat pitches, and helpless mice on fast lively pitches
