I am white but I don't perceive her as being black. She seems to me more latina, which often involves some black heritage.

I beleive anyone with black in them(no ,matter the amount) is considered black by white people.

No... I think White people claim as her White cuz she's famous! If she wasn't famous, then she'd be Black to them (no offense)!
