I have dsl, I just put cp on my pc, now every 10 minutes my internet
disconnects for a second, in my internet properties it says something about a lease star t and expiration, it disconnects in time to these 2 settings can anyone help?

The lease time you referred to in your router is the time it will keep an IP address that was automatically assigned by DHCP.
In my router, 0 = one day. Check out your documentation or if it is pretty straight forward in the settings change it to a day. I've never had problems with mine since I changed to a day lease.

Sounds like the lease on your IP may have expired. This usually happens in systems that are using DHCP and not static IP's (some DSL providers use static) and depending on how the providers servers are set up the problem could be your PC or their servers.
Try a release and renew (link to directions below) and good luck!

double check for any electro-magnetic interference and after that its best if you will call ur ISP so that they can run a linetest and can check if ur on the range of the speed that they have assigned to you.
