I went walking today for about 30 minutes, maybe this is the cause of the back pain, i felt a little sore ever since, but it is getting bad. The back pain seems to get worse. I am 37 weeks pregnant and I think I had a little bit of a bloody show on the 4th of october. Also I think my baby dropped a few weeks ago because my hips feel like they are spreading. Sometimes I feel contractions but they only last a few seconds. I could not imagine them being a minute long.

You are either in labor or having false labor one! When you are about ready to have a baby walking can help bring on the labor! Just to be on the safe side be ready to go to the hospital tonight. If you don't have your bag packed and ready then pack it! If you are by yourself have someone stay with you! Tonight and tomorrow! Don't let this worry you but the pain can get hard, your doctor will be there to help you! It may be a good idea to call your doctor after you are ready to go ! If your water breaks then go! Hope that every thing goes well for you and after the baby is born please let us know! Just try to relax! Deep breaths help!

I bear in mind going through the equal factor whilst I had a miscarriage and all was once good enough. If it is weighing heavy to your brain, pass to the health care provider and feature them recheck you. There's not anything fallacious with short of peace of brain whilst you are in plenty of agony. That's what medical professionals are there for. It's regularly a annoying time and the final factor you wish to have is to be annoying. In the period in-between, take some thing for the agony. Lay down and check out to chill out as exceptional you'll. I do realize that If you get a fever - you must return to the health care provider instantly - that might imply that there is tissue left and it is inflicting an illness. I wish you are feeling bigger quickly.

Very wel could be. I'd wait the contractions out though and see what happens. They need to be longer and stronger or else they'll just send you home from the hospital. Are you dialated at all that you know of from your last appointment? I had my son on the 4th :) and I was leaking fluid for a few days so if you experience any dripping then you should get in asap because they yelled at me for not coming in sooner; we needed antibiotics in me before baby came out. Woopsie.

When in doubt go to the hospital. It is better to be safe and told to go home than not be safe and be stuck having the baby. Every pregnancy is different, I should I know I have had 5. 2 miscarriages and 3 successful. Go to the Doctor.

Yes, u could b in labor. Start timing your pains. If they become stronger and less than 5 min apart then leave for the hospital.
Right now, call in your support person.to get you to the hospital.
Good luck and take care.

You could definitely be in labour. 37 weeks is considered full term. Keep track of the time between contractions, if they start to get closer or unbearable call you doctor or go to the hospital.

It could be Braxton Hicks or it could be actual labor. You could call the hospital where you will be delivering and ask an OB nurse or call your doctor. I had light contractions for days with both my pregnancies and for me it was OK according to my doctor. It was just really exhausting. Don't take meds for it unless your doctor says OK.

Sounds like the first stages of labor. See your Ob/Gyn asap.
