Don't know where you live. The two people best known for their EVO tuning is
Shiv at Vishnutuning (Danville, CA)
and
Al at Dynoflash (Stamford, CT)
There are other places that do a Reflash on the EVO's ECU.
Works (San Francisco)
Gruppe-S (Hayward, CA)
I personally bought all my mods at Gruppe-S except for the ECU reflash and dyno-tuning which I got from Shiv.
Are you a EVOmnet member? There's a lot on that chat forum.

Get a cold air intake, header, 3inch down pipe, high flow cat, 3inch cat back exhaust, 20G turbo upgrade with a front mount intercooler and CO2 injection for the fmic, turbo timer, upgrade the injectors and fuel pump, up grade the computer to an aftermarket engine managment system with tunability, front and rear strut bars. Change springs and struts for aftermarket to lower it so it will handle better. Get a set of 18" rims and 40 series tires that have a good treadwear rating but also have a good grip rating.

Boost the turbo to 150 PSI. It will run like crazy for about 5 seconds and then explode.
