i have 670 sq.ft land.i want to construct the house so that i need plans for that .lenght is 40 ft and breadth is 16.9 ft.

I have been searching EVERYWHERE for affordable home plans as we are getting ready to construct a home. I have found 2 sites to be pretty good: www.coolhouseplans.com and www.dreamhomesource.com
BUT, after looking everywhere, we have finally decided to seek the assistance of an architect to personally draw the plans that we want so that they include everything that we want/need.

Only length and breadth is not sufficient. The peripheral details as well as the front orientation are also necessary for a good house plan over any plot of land.

building marts like lowes and home depot have magazines..as well as bookstores and wal mart...also ask an achitect
