trust in long distance is extremely tough to maintain once it has been violated. you are wise to take immediate action because those thoughts of doubt will manifest again until something is done to either make amends or you break up. Considering that you are married just make sure you tell him to keep it on at all times if it bothers you that much next time you speak with him.
If the problem persists he should at least supply you with a reason or explanation. If you are unsettled with his explanation or lack trust in his faith then you should consider moving on...unless you already have children together of course.
The dynamics that I see in this situation that could improve are two simple things. Improve communication with him and understand the cell phone. Maybe that specific device needs to be off during a certain time to recharge etc. Maybe he is not allowed to use it at work.
You need to take a closer look at your relationship if your trust is wearing thin over a slight technicality. It makes me think there is already an established history of flaky faithfulness between you two somehow.
take care.

I dont think he is with another women. Besides you should have a doubt that your husband may have another women becouse a doubt could ruin all your good relationship and love. If i were you i would not do that becouse being away from home for few years i am also not in regular contact with my girl friend and she finds my mobile off most of the time. It never be a reason that i am with another women. when i am in the lib, tube, class, or certain places no network. There are many reasons why you find your husband keeps his phone; he may be at his work and there phone using is prohibited. You should not grow the seed of doubt in your memory untill you see something in your eyes.

Could it be because he is at work and not able to accept calls? If not...then turn it around on him and leave YOUR phone OFF for a few days...let him worry for awhile. When he gets upset and says anything to you about your phone being off...you can remind him the many times HIS was off when you tried to call.

Hmmm.. it doesn't sound good, hun. That's pretty sketchy... especially considering it's at the same time of day.
I
'd confront him or hire a PI. Ideally, you'd want to talk to him about this, but if you still think he's lying then do what you need to to regain your peace of mind.

I wish you luck!

Well last time I called him He didn't say anything.
Do you think you can find a yes/no answer for such type of questions?
It really pisses me off why dumb and dumb asses like you get their "husband" and I don't get a wife.
