Make study interesting and not boring. Just read a topic. The first time you will understand may be only 20%. Donot bother just read it. Next time you may understand 30 %. If things are too difficult consult another book which is simple and has lots of diagrams and examples. Try to understand the concepts. Once you make things intertesting reading will be just fun.

first take good food. then arrange for a good bed. set a regular time say 10 pm to 6 am. sleep well. practice this for 3 days. then relax your mind. avoid disturbances in three to four days. set a regular time for reading, then concentrate in your studies. first revise the things you know. then start learning new things. definitely soon you will get ready to suggest the learning (studying) techniques for some one.
good luck....

You have to understand your own abilities, habits, and work out how to study, how long you are able to concentrate, and the break interval you need between studies.
