I'd evaluate based upon your opponent. If you're probably going to blow him/her out, then I'd go for Brees as a conservative play. If it's going to be a tight one or you're an underdog, go for Vick, who has more upside potential. He could have a huge game, like last week. But Vick is always in danger of throwing three picks and having a miserable game.
Straight up, I'd take Brees. Ravens defense is good, but Brees has lots of weapons and the Ravens can't cover them all.

Brees. Only because Im a cinci fan and from what ive been reading is that they are going to make Vic Run. They dont want him to make those throws down the field like he did to Pitt. last week. I think Vic will make 3 Ints. only because of Delta Oneal. Cinci will take a lead and Vic will start throwing some balls down where he shouldn't be when he gets a chance and it will hurt him. Brees has a better chance because hes smarter with the ball. Be doesn't like to just throw it anywhere. He takes his time and ill say he gets 2 T.D's and no Int.

i wouldn't even think this would be a tough question. vick all the way. bal defense is very tough, and vick is the man. he will have no problem scoring good fantasy points against cin def.

I'm a bengals fan but you gotta start Vick. I also have Drew Brees on my fantasy team and I'm starting Rex Grossman instead.
