skin cells because the golgi often modifies glycoproteins, which are found in the cell mebrane...it has many complex functions, this i sjust one example. the also modify carbohydrates and move lipids around in cell membranes...im not 100% positive, but these qualities lead me to believe the skin cells would have more need for them than in bones. hope that helps.
