How to make a child with multiple complex profound disability to use his both hands in the same time?

I work as a special need teacher with a child with multiple complex profound disability . He don`t want to use his both hands in the same time to manipulate something. Again:he can use , but he don`t want. He`s 15 year old.

Start out small and have him put his hand flat on the table near the task. Switch hands a few times. Slowly sensitizing him to the task should work.
