muscle cells. mitochondria produce ATP which the cell uses for energy. so muscle cells that use more energy have more mitochondria :)

Muscle cells have many mitochondria. Mitochondria are the components found in cells that serve as primary energy sources for all cellular functions. Your muscles enables you to perform everday functions to move parts of the body, as well as to move substances within the body through alternating relaxing and contracting by using ATP (adenosine triphosphate) as energy found in mitochondria.
On the otherhand, hair cells and outer skin cells are dead cells and no longer actively producing ATP, but all cells have the same structure. The hair growing out of your head is dead protein. Therefore, it does not need mitochondria because it does not need to perform any cellular function and hence, does not need energy (ATP).

that would be muscle cells. the mitochondria is used to produce ATP and ADP which both work to make energy, and muscle cells require more energy than a hair cell since the muscle cells are at work a lot and the more work is required the more energy is required meaning that you need more mitochondria.

well, it's got to be the msucle cells.. of course!! the muscle cells use more energy than hair cells! thus, these muscle cells have more storage for mitochondria in order to use more of them..

MUSCLE!!!! mitochondria make energy in the form of ATP...hair follicles would need energy to grow hair, but the hair itself wouldnt need any. muscles need the ATP to grow and to do tasks (like lift weights).
