You would know your dreams best. All someone else could do is to guide you to realize some things about it that you already know. Your dreams are mostly made up of 'mind objects' from things that have happened to you in your life, whether you remember them happening or not. It gets jumbled up and a story played out with some kind of message that your subconscious is telling you. It is usually something that you are not facing, something that is occurring and you don't want to deal with, so you distract yourself with other concerns.

Don't focus on the objects in the dream as much as how that dream makes you feel, what emotions were going on in it. That will bring you closer to what your dreams mean.

Also a dream journal helps as well, as soon as you get up, write down what your dream was in as much detail as you can. A pattern will come out if you do this.

Buy or check out from a library a book on dream interpretations. I have a real good one called "The Secret Language of Dreams" by David Fontana.
