ASSUMING you could get the concentrated nitric acid, other reagents and
equipment for nitrating cellulose [flash paper] I would highly discourage
you from attempting to make it yourself. You are literally playing with
fire! They call "gun cotton", a close relative to flash paper, by the name
for a reason.

its also called "gun cotton". a close relative of nitrocellulose. its concidered an explosive so no hints from me.
