Yes married my best friend over 22 years ago. Still best friends and will be forever. We talk about everything just like we did before we married. Both of us never thought of each other in a romantic way. We just liked talking to each other and helping each other with our day to day problems.
One day I just wanted to kiss her and did. The sparks were like the 4th of July and have been that way since. Her only comment after kissing was "what took you so long".

no i did not marry my best friend,i married a man in the military i knew nothing about him,he is five yrs older than me and we met at a dorm party of all places,we dated for 4months then got married.i knew he was the one cuz i couldn't stand to be apart from him,i would literally cry on my mothers shoulders until he came home he was and still is my knight in shining armour.he is the picture perfect man,i know no relationship is perfect,we have been married for 14yrs and we have 4 wonderful children together.

my parents married, they were best friends.
you just gave me an answer... and im responding. i dance all week long, and there is no way i could have gone to the library. i have to be at dance early because i am also a teacher so there was seriously no time to go. if you are going to criticize or try to critique me on the way i live then you should know more about me BEFORE you judge me. i am not one of those stupid teenagers who stay up until 4 on myspace, or one that goes running around with a different guy every night. i am responsible and more mature than your stereotype teen, and i hate it when i see comments like yours who think im just another stupid, careless teenager.

i did not marry my best friend i married a friend, things are good we have 3 kids and are comming on 8 years of marrage we have our ups and downs but i would never trade him for any one
