I have a pavilion ze4900 notebook and it is asking to install disc 2 of windows program but I did not get one?

My laptop is out of warranty and my startbutton will not work. I don't if I have to format can someone tell me how to do it without me being able to do it from the start button?

Insert your Windows install disc in the CD drive and boot up from there. All the commands you need to reformat and reinstall will be displayed when you start.

you can install windows with a oem cd and use the cd key on the back of the pc
