THAT'S WHY I'M ASKING FOR HELP.
Out of 60 questions my practice tests contain, I only need help with 3.

Last time I took a math class was about a year ago. I have a hard time with Math, but I'll try not to measure your medicine. I'm good with people and very friendly. I don't need to be a math whiz to be a good nurse and I'm not saying I don't need math, I just have a little hard time with it. Please... DON'T GIVE ME A HARD TIME. Just explaining my reason for asking question.

Rather than just give you answer I'll show you how to do it properly, so next time, you won't have to ask for help.

3/16=x*3/4
Divide both sides by 3/4, which is the same as multiplying by 4/3:
3/16*4/3=x
Combine the fractions on the left hand side:
(3*4)/(3*16)=x
Do the arithmatic:
12/48=x
Simplyfiy the fraction
1/4=x
To get a percentage, multiply by 100
100*1/4=25.
Thusly, as the first answerer said, the (?) is 25

3 / 16 = y * 3/4

You multiply both sides by the reciprocal of 3/4, which is 4/3

4/3 * 3/16 = y* 3/4 *4/3

12/48 = y

1/4 = y

I'm truly sorry, but I would honestly not want you measuring my medicine.

25%

Method:
3/16=x/100 * 3/4
Divide by 3/4:
1/4=x/100
Multiply by 100:
x=25

Edit: you're trying to become a nurse and don't already know this stuff? I fear for the safety of your patients.
