It will eventually go down between the Portland Trailblazers or the New York Knicks.
The Blazers are set with their backcourt with Brandon Roy, Jarret Jack and Sergio Rodriguez. Their big men are also locked at Joel Przybilla, Raef LaFrentz, Zach Randolph, rookie Lamarcus Aldridge and Jamal Magloire. One or two will be expendable in the near future. Now the problem is their wingmen:
Darius Miles- Where is he?
Martell Webster- A great shooter, although currently he's injured.
Travis Outlaw- Coach Nate McMillan has stated that he will come off the bench
Juan Dixon- Impressive first year with the Blazers last season.
Stephen Graham- Just picked up off waivers recently because like I said, they have problems with their wing guys.
Now onto the New York Knicks. They are still finding out everything about themselves. With already a year of playing alongside each other, Stephon Marbury and Steve Francis should be clicking better than last season. The injury of Jared Jeffries hurt, as he was supposed to be the starting forward. The addition of Kelvin Cato has been on every Knicks fan's wish list, presenting the frontline with a defensive-oriented center, unlike Eddy Curry (who Isaiah Thomas says "will own the league" soon) and Channine Frye who would always look to score first, rather than to do the dirty work like block and rebound.
One positive thing about the Knicks is that they are really young, and will develop and mature together.

Yes I do agree with you. I was debating whether it would be the Blazers or the Bobcats. But I think Adam Morrison will actually give an offensive firepower for the Bobcats and if Emeka Okafor is healthy, the Bobcats might actually not be the worst team. The Blazers, I think, are going to be the worst team. As you said, they are rebuilding their team. I like what they did by getting some good draft picks such as Brandon Roy and Lamarcus Aldridge. Also picking up Jamaal Magloire. But they still are a very young and inexperienced team which just can't stand the rest of the competition.

The worst team on the top of the season will definately be the Boston Celtics. besides the undeniable fact that the dollars have not been enjoying their maximum suitable this season, there is a lot of communities that has been worse, quite the Celtics. The Boston Celtics have lost 20 out of their final 21 video games, jointly with their 26 factor loss to Kobe and the Lakers final night. they have the greater serious checklist in the league perfect now triumphing a humiliting 13 video games this season. besides the undeniable fact that Paul Pierce has back to the lineup there isn't any desire that the Celtics will advance each time quickly. they are going to definately be the worst team by the top of the season.

Toronto will be the worst team by far. All they have is Chris Bosh. No chance of having a good record this season.

Portland by far. Like you said, they are rebuilding but they are going to be BAD this year. I enjoy watching them on my Dish basketball package though, because I soooooooo want them to see them win (I feel sorry for them).
