Stop stressing over it & just take care of yourself. Use common sense & don't overdo it. You will be ok. All that worrying is not good for the baby.

First of all you need to stop stressing. That will probably be the first cause. There are so many things that affect miscarriages. The best things to do are stop stressing, eat healthy, be active, drink lots of water and juices, Gatorade or something like that is also good. To help ease your stress try planning for the addition. Look at names, scrap booking ideas, baby window shopping etc. My wife and I have been through many miscarriages. But between both of us we have three beautiful girls and a baby boy on the way! Good luck and be happy!

Try not to stress I know easier said then done. Make sure to eat healthy, take your vitamins and listen to what your dr says. I had a miscarriage and was told that it could have been something wrong with the baby. I believe that if it is meant to be it will happen. I guess I wasn't ready then to have a baby. Good luck

My first pregnancy was really hard for me but i had my son at age 21 and he was born healthy at 35.5 weeks.
I was pregnant last year but miscarried at 5 weeks and the doctor told me things like this just happen. He told me i done nothing wrong. I believe some things just aren't meant to be.
I am 27 years old and i just recently got my medical records from when i had my son and it says in them that i have an uterine septum. I have done some research and that causes you to go into premature labor which i did and that it causes miscarriages.
I hope you nothing but luck but you should not have that in your head about miscarrying.
You can go to your search box and type in "causes of miscarriage"
Congrats

a lot of things will cause problems TO MUCH STRESS will cause a lot of problems now hearing that just makes you worry more right? try a lamas class they are real helpful for making you feel better about everything because they explain everything to you that your body and baby are going through and it is a great place to meet other new moms and share your experiences with
with my last child when i went to the hospital to have her it was kinda neat because 3 other woman from my lamas class were there so our husbands all went back and forth letting us all know the status of the others and it gave the guys someone to relate to

Nobody knows what causes it but if you worry too much you might just be happy you having a baby.
