Get some resolution if thats within reason and then figure out a way to never be in that situation again...because that situation can create dependency. Make sure that that person understands that making you cry again for that reason is unacceptable...But always forgive, even if you have to eventually walk away...unforgiveness chains no one but you....I hope you feel better.

when That happens to me, I ask her to hold me anyway....
or when I am the person who does that, her tears burn me,
and I quickly forget my ego, or whatever stupid thing that made me do that, and I try my best to make it better.....
sometimes we all do something stupid or selfish,
what ever that person did, they probably still have all the qualities you love.
try to remember those for right now,
then as you feel better, and your tears slow,
talk about it with them
try to come to an understanding.

That is deep on so many levels,i guess it would depend on your attatchment ....to that person......but, honestly.....when 1 cries in the woods .....does anyone hear it?
