I know that she was played by Melora Walters but I can't remember who she was on the tv show. I don't even remember anyone named Debbie being a character. Was she a next door neighbor? best friend? babysitter? I have no clue! Her filmography says that she starred on the show 4 times. The episodes were "Boo!", Hair", "I'm Hungry", and one other. Please answer if you know this, it's really bugging me!

She's the young girl who works in the Beauty Salon with Roseanne. There was the Asian lady and that young ditzy girl who was always saying dumb girl one liners.
The neighbor was Cathy Bowman who was played by Meagan Fay. And the blonde hair waitress that worked with Roseanne at Rodbells was Bonnie played by Andrea Walters.
