I have already decided that I want to be a belly dancer/harem girl, because I have the costume. It is light tan and gold with some brown accents. The problem is finding a good costume to go with it for my boyfriend. We wanted to be like a sorta matching type costume and the only thing I can find looks like biblical robes. Any other ideas? or ideas on how to make a biblical robe shiek costume look less biblical?

He goes toga. That would match I think. Or a gladiator. Lawrence of Arabia maybe?

Perhaps something similar to Aladdin from the Disney cartoon?
Also, he could maybe dress up as the husband from I Dream of Jeannie. Not exactly a harem girl, but still pretty easy and I bet most people would get it. He could also be a genie, that would go together.

Shieks wear head gear type stuff right?That alone would make it less biblical looking.....Could dress him in an Air Force uniform so it'd be more like I Dream of Jeannie TV show...or Zorro...or Lawerence of Arabia look..

What about a Genie.
If his comfortable going shirtless on his top half you could make him wear a sheet on his lower half, make some cardboard gold cuffs, a gold clip on earing, and a little rolled up turban thing. To top it off make him carry a lamp around.

There are many of course. One year my wife and I went as a Master/Slave or Domm/Sub couple. That was a lot of fun and easy to pull off. Black jeans and white t-shirt and blk boots for the guy and lots of spiked collars around the neck and wrists. I even think I wore a leash. She work black fishnet stockings, short black skirt and black fishnet top with black bra, blonde wig and leather hat. It was very FUN....can be very fun after a few libations later that night. Another year we went as a playing card and one year we went as a p-nut. Another year she was Peggy Bundy and I was a male flasher....make a fake penis out of batting material and pantyhose stocking....works great!
