Any condition or activity that results in prolonged foreskin retraction can lead to development of paraphimosis.
An improperly circumcised penis
Frequent insertion of bladder catheters
Vigorous sexual activity, including masturbation
With paraphimosis, if you cannot return the foreskin to its original position and the glans or foreskin becomes progressively more painful, swollen, or discolored, seek immediate medical attention.
Paraphimosis is a medical emergency. If not treated immediately, it can result in death of the glans and foreskin. If the ice and direct pressure technique does not relieve the problem rapidly, go immediately to the nearest hospital’s Emergency Department or to your doctor’s office.

For half of your age and for half of your sexually active age you have managed with circumcision. why want is now. You should know the functions of the fore skin first - see-
The Function of the Foreskin: The glans at birth is delicate and easily irritated by urine and feces. The foreskin shields the glans; with circumcision this protection is lost. In such cases, the glans and especially the urinary opening (meatus) may become irritated or infected, causing ulcers, meatitis (inflammation of the meatus), and meatal stenosis (a narrowing of the urinary opening). Such problems virtually never occur in uncircumcised penises. The foreskin protects the glans throughout life.]
So if you want easy movement of the skin while ejected you can use some ordinary oils or medicated lubricant available in medical stores. It should be alright.
If you feel inspite of the above your problem is more you can consult a doctor and he will advise you. Best of luck

yep - although try stretching it gently at first so as to loosen it up a little otherwise the tight foreskin could get stuck behind the glans and need a little extra effort to put it back in place.

the foreskin should naturally roll back when you become hard, if not you need to see a doctor about this situation.
