Obviously I can't say for sure that you'll get into med school, but i'm pretty sure youll do fine.
ALOT of different factors go into deciding on a student's acceptance. Grades, MCAT, extracurriculars, recommendations, volunteer work, internships, leadership roles, essay sometimes, interview, overall GPA, major GPA, etc etc
If you do great in all of those, the D won't matter. Also, most people expect a students first semester to be their worse. Med school will realize this, and also see that youve improved greatly- and that's all they care about.

If it was a science class, you might want to consider taking it again.
Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it. I had awful grades my freshman year and I went to every interview and explained them. Everyone said that it was fine and that it happens to some ppl. I got in, sounds like your grades are good - so as long as your mcat is good too (which it prolly is) you'll be fine!
Check in w/ your premed advisor, they might offer some better insight tho!

Don't worry about it. As long as you pass the final tests (these are the dangerous ones), you might be able to pass the classes. If you want, you can take the courses again (only if you think the grades are bad).

Was it in a General Education class, or was it a class that was a required part of your major? A lot of universities offer Repeat with Forgiveness, where they allow you to re-take a class. I'd look into that.

You can always take the class again. If you get a better grade, it will replace your D. However, you will not receive additional units for that class.
