Because the democrats are spineless, lack a coherant communication strategy, and lack a leader with star power. The Republicans are willing do whatever it takes to win every election. They will get right down in the gutter during a campaign and smear their opponent until he is dead. Republicans also have a top down communication strategy. The talking points are decided at the top and all the minions throughout the party fall in line with the message. They work as a team. Regardless of what you think about Bush's policy, there is no doubt that he can put on the charm and be a masterful marketer.

Democrats, on the other hand have shamefully not had the B*** to stand up and fight the Republicans in plain English. Many Democrats are so terified of Republicans that they cower away and hope that they can avoid conflict. Unlike Republicans, Democrats are less loyal and tend to be more fragmented, and coupled with a weak communication strategy, they can't put together a single unifying message that they can all stand behind. Democrats also tend not to fight as dirty as Republicans. I must say that as of late Republicans are becoming more and more fragmented due to Delay's departure. (Delay held most Republicans in line before he left the House. The most serious problem with Democrats is lack of star power. They have weak leaders all around. They need to find some new leaders that can charm like Clinton.

The key for democrats is to win back some of the religious people who are being used by the corporate interests behind the Republican party. The philosophy of Jesus is more Democratic than Republican anyway. Democrats also need to resonate with the angry middle class who are definately not being helped by the Republicans. Dems need to lose the elitist attitude and embrace Christians and Lower class angry white people who want to be proud of their country. Dems have an opportunity here but they need to break out of their limited comfort zone and show real leadership and compromise to widen the tent to include more Truman Democrats. We need to win back all the people that the Republicans are using to win policy favors for their corporate masters.

Do you want a President who would cut in run?Or do you want a great man who will write checks that others will cash with the blood of the young. What about the tax cuts for one percent of America that needs it most. What will happen to the poor gays who ask only for respect? The United States does not have a do over rule.We can not say do over. We have to wait four years.

Its simple, Congress is responsible for supervising the President. The American people gave the Republicans complete and total and absolute control of Congress. Therefore, they have decided NOT to supervise their Republican president. In contrast, if Clinton mailed out too many Christmas cards, the Republican Congress spent 160 hours investigating it. They probably haven't even worked 160 hours this year.

Unless G. W Bush is caught sucking the blood out of newborns, he will be leader of our country because there is no way the Republicans will stop him.

King of the loose international? FYI, usa is a democracy. We fought for our independence from England through fact we've been bored with getting a king. Bush dismantled his very own legacy his first 3 hundred and sixty 5 days in place of work. of course, you do no longer in all likelihood believe your rambling, you merely wrote it to create a controversy.

Well while the boy is as stupid as an elevator leading to nowhere. He still hasnt done (or been caught doing) anything to merit impeachment. Just remeber that Bush is just a puppet whose strings are being pulled by Dick Cheney and other members of government.

He was elected and gets to serve 4 years for the term. You should be happy. This country was based on capitalism and at least he is trying to get us back to capitalism. The dems are taking us towards socialism. When people start accusing our president of being dumb etc, it just shows their ignorance. Pick up a history book or econ book and learn about the true America

People are staring at the screen, like moths floating around a light bulb.

It's as if millions of mouth-breathing morons are trapped in a situation where they are afraid to say anything bad about the president because they will then be branded as "helping the enemy."
