This is a complaint made by someone against you. I had a bar in spain,I lived out there for 7 years. We had a denuncia put on us one night because the lady upstairs thought our music was too loud, the police arrived and closed us down. Then we had to go to the Town Hall the next morning to sort it out. It's very annoying. They can be placed on you for the most petty things by anyone, you could be walking down the street and if you did something somebody did'nt like they can denunce you, rediculous really, but that's Spanish law,and one of the reasons I came back home after 7 years. They make the law up as they go along to suite themselves. Hope this helps.

A denouncement.

I x person denounce that person y did such and such on such and such a day. This is a legal way to register a complaint and must be replied to.

The other thing they use alot is the "Burofax". This is baisically sending a warning that if they don´t receive a reply a Denuncia will be made.
