Pacific time. At level 2 you have just 40 answers a day. Try voting for unresolved questions. You can earn another 40 points a day. ; )

I hate that too. I love to answer questions and it is addictive. I hit my limit all the time and it makes me angry. I think they go by when you log on for the day and then you are only allowed so many per level. I think at level 2 you only get to answer 40 per day. Once you hit that you are done. Stupid rule if you ask me.

That happened to me the other day. I reached my limit just after my new day started. I think they're glitching. I had to wait 2 days for it to clear up and let me start answering again.

Not time zones, time limits. After you reach your answer limits you gotta wait four hours. Trust me, I'm an addict

It's your level. The higher the level the more questions and answers you get to do. I don't think it's about time.

I think they use Pacific (PST)... but maybe you can find out in the Guidelines.
