What are some good songs for me? I'm into alternative rock, rock, and punk rock. Some songs on playlist include (not in any order): three days grace, senses fail, the fray, postal service, AFI ,Green day, weezer, panic at the disco, taking back sunday, blink 182 (old), linkin park, snow patrol, anberlin, the academy is, yellowcard ,switchfoot, nirvana, all american rejects, bowling for soup, coldplay, daniel powter, fallout boys, googoo dolls, jimmy eat world ,the killers, lifehouse, muse, raconteurs, radiohead, red hot chili ,peppers, staind, and stone temple pilots ..sorry if it was a long list, well based on that, what are some good songs/bands thanks for your suggestions!

Try listening to ska music!
Reel Big Fish, Streetlight Manifesto, Five Iron Frenzy, Rx Bandits, the Aquabats, etc. If you like punk, most likely you'll enjoy ska.

well, i guess i am an old fogey because i only know about 4 of those bands but have you ever listened to The Smiths? They are fabulous. Check out their song "What Difference Does it Make"

Plush - STP. That'll get em movin'...you probably already knew that. I also like Polly from nirvana as a good slow down song. Or play the faster version they do..that one is cool.

check out a band from detroit called blanche.....
they have a myspace site with some music on it. their official website is www.blanchemusic.com. some videos and songs on their as well. they have an alt/country/rock feel to em. great great band. jack white plays the lead solo on their song who's to say. check em out.

I like punk rock too and my fav band is Green day! But I like too HIM, its very good band, you must listen and appreciate the real music!
