stop giving oral lol jk. try taking vitamin B12, it works in forming red blood cells and the proper functioning of the body, brain and nerve cells, helps the nervous system and metabolize protein, and it slowly releases nutrients to the body over an extended period of time. It helps the muscles heal from injuries. I played high school volleyball for 3 years and got one of my legs real bent out of shape and i was in so much pain, my doctor told me to take vitamin B12, and within a week, the pain in my leg was almost gone and didnt bother me as much. you can find it at a nutrition store like GNC. hope this helps! :D
