I think all that need to happen is Miami beat GT, VT beat Miami and all three win out in ACC play! They will all have beaten each other once

The first tie break would be head to head. GT may be 5-2 but their loses may be to Miami and VT and if thats the case then they would be out. I know though they demolished VT and they play Miami this weekend so if they win that then they would have beaten them both and they would win. Also VT already has 2 loses so they would have to beat Miami on Nov.4 to stay at 2 so they would then win any tie break over Miami.

It doesn't matter they'll just send another chump into the BCS to get destroyed. Last year the ACC sent a non-deserving FSU. Keep it up with the ACC championship...what a great idea!

Usually goes Head to Head, then I believe either ranking or Standings, which includes non-confrence. Happened just a few years back where Pitt won the Big East in a 3 way tie.
