I agree with Coop. uTorrent is really good. Simple, fast, and an amazing small download (less than 200 KB). No install. ANd certainly not bloated like Azereus.

I guess you are asking about the client. I had used bitspirit and I was pretty much satisfied with the tool. It was simple to use yet so powerful. Had lot of configurable items, so you can tweak according to your needs.
