Since there has been a law in NJ to allow same sex unions/marriage can any couple from anywhere in the US go to NJ & get married because if you're married in one state aren't you legally married in them all? Look at how many people go to Vegas?

If you can go to NJ to be married, you would have to petition your state for recognition if it does not allow same sex unions/marriage. (Just heard this info on the news.)

No, there's no law YET in New Jersey allowing same sex marriage. What the State Supreme Court desided was that it was legal BUT they told the State legislature that they still had six months to decide how they were going to handle it.

Now, they might, like Massachusettes, only allow state residents to legally marry.

Also, NO, same sex marriages are NOT recognized in any other state except those states which also allow same sex marriage, which by the way is ONLY Mass.
