Change in weather can cause nose bleeds, cough, congestion, sneezing and pretty much any cold symptom. Have you been running a heater all night or during the day? The air may be too dry for the baby, if you are running the heater try running a humidifier too.

Have you ever had some bloody mucus in your nostril at this time of year? I get some sometimes. It's the weather change for me and my nose get dried out and cracks in the inside a little bit which makes the reguar mucus blood tinged. I wouldn't freak out or anything.

It's normal but if it gets any worse it's not. The mucus is so dry that it makes the inside of the nose bleed a little. Hope this helps!

Thats normal. The nose is new too and the blood vessels can open fairly easily. Think about it. It's probably happened to you a lot in your lifetime. A babys nose is very tender and not used to being wiped and suctioned out. Please don't worry

i would have to GUESS normal, and because of the changing season, it's drier right? Perhaps a humidifier would help? Same happened to me (when i was a child) when it got to be winter outside, and the furnace was on more, therefore it was apt to be more dry in homes/buildings.
I would also advise you to err on the side of caution, and see what baby's doctor says.
Good luck, and i hope this helps!!
:o)

Check the fingernails. My 15 month old had this once and it turned out she just found an interesting place to poke around! After I cut her nails it stopped (the bleeding, but not the poking!)LOL!

Completely normal. Could be the drier weather if you live in an area of cold climate.

It is probably caused by drier air. If, as we progess into winter, it starts happening more, consider getting a humidifier.

Babies skin is so thin, all it would take is a little finger up there on accident. If it continues then I would be worried.
