I think it is Halloween off of Heywood Banks Album Picky, Picky, Picky.

My friend Ron ships me in a disc of the Bob and Tom show occasionally. It is a perilous journey across the red state / blue state neutral zone, but I seem to recall that tune being on there.

I recall the line.

"It's tough to scare the neighbors into coughin up some loot when you're a ninja in a down coat at four in the afternoon."

This song is brilliant... If I'm thinking of the right song.

Halloween is an evil holiday in which people try to cover up by handing out candy to little kids, but many teenagers go around destroying things, and many cults and witchcraft celebrate this day, so this day should not be supported in any way whatsoever, Halloween should be removed from people's calendars and condemned!
