I think I read somewhere that if you've got a really flat pillow, and you sleep on your back, that might be what's causing the problem because the blood gets pooled up under your eyes. If you've got that problem then just get a fluffier pillow and angle it so it's a bit slanted.
Other than that, drinking loads of water, 8 glasses a day, helps get rid of them, as well as eating healthily, getting enough sleep, and invest in a good eye cream, cuz wrinkles will not help! Until this all starts working, get a good concealer and powder foundation to help cover them up!
Good luck!

I forget what show I herd this on. It may have been Oprah. But there was a woman on the show that swore she uses a small amount of preparation H under her eyes. It is an anti-inflammatory cream, so it helped with the puffy look. If that dose not sound appealing there are many other under eye creams out there. But the right amount of rest is key. The best beauty tip I have ever heard was take care of your self.

i had this unsightly problem every morning, and then one day, I went on this weird diet, which cut out all carbs, and voila! Nice side effect! When I gave up on the diet, I remembered what the carbs did, so I am very cautious around them now.

Culprits: potatoes and corn (the worst!) Cut these out of your diet, and that carpel tunnel syndrome will go away, and so will numbness in the shoulder every morning too.

side note: maybe you've developed an allergy to something? have it checked out!

Get some cold cucumbers, cut them into slices and put them over your eyes for 15 minutes. You will not only be less baggy but also relaxed.

extend your sleeping hours... like get at least 8-9 hours if your eyes are really baggy... it helps relax the muscles from tensing and weighing down your fat under the eyes.
